Again I started the long hard road of trying to lose weight, but now with another interesting ambitious goal: to start playing basket ball again. 

the 06th Dec was the start date.

Some basic facts:

Height: 178 cm (5.8)

weight: 95.1 Kg (14.9)

BMI: 30 (overweight to obese)

waist circumference: 115 cm 

vertical height (basket ball players term): 230 cm (7.5)

vertical Jump: 260 cm (8.5)

vertical difference: 30 cm (0.9)

I bought a rope online today.

I checked in details the Vert Shock guide to improve vertical jump.
